The Embassy Suites - Lake Buena Vista South is currently accepting applications for Front Office Agent.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must be friendly, courteous and helpful to all individuals, both guest and non-guest.
- Look after the well being of every guest and take personal responsibility in solving the guest's problems - to ensure a memorable experience!
- Must be able to check in and check out guests in a timely, accurate and courteous manner.
- Must have previous experience as a front desk agent in a large conventions hotel.
- Flexible schedule including weekends a holidays is a must.
