Be knowledgeable of the latest developments in the travel world and all modes of transportation and the latest advancements in online booking
Analyzes sales figures and forecasts future sales volume
Analyzes market trends in the travel industry and makes recommendations for improvement
Ensures that company procedures, guidelines and standards are followed in the areas of: customer service, ticketing, attendance, accuracy of work, invoicing etc. for assigned employees
Responsible for ensuring all staff are fully trained on office standards, new enhancements and products
Manage and motivate the team to increase and close sales
Researches and provides solutions to escalated travel-related issues from clients
Foster a positive team environment and provide strong leadership
