Maintenance - Kitchen Equipment Technician (PM Shift) - Caribe Royale

Ideal candidate will be able to carry out preventive maintenance and major repairs to heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems (HVAC), and refrigeration/ laundry. Experience with industrial sized laundry equipment or HVAC systems in a large scale hotel is a plus.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays. At least 5 years experience in engineering is required. Only candidates who meet the above qualifications will be considered.
