Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday, normal business hours
Description:
- Daily review of workflow and claim systems
- Review of new claims assignments with 24 hours
- Contact with the insured/claimant within 24 hrs
- Assign appraisers or coordinate the receipt of estimates of damage
- Determine if estimates or appraisals are appropriate
- Gather evidence of damages
- Interview or obtain recorded statements from the claimant
- Request payment authorization
- Determine degree of attorney involvement
- Accurately record any communication or activity relevant to the claim
- Follow procedures to image documents
- Maintain a 95% claim closure ratio.
- Review field adjuster reports
Qualifications:
FL Adjusters License (620)
3+ years of auto BI claims experience
