Full-time salaried position - $55,000 annual

Job Summary:

This position is responsible to the Executive Director for the overall management and coordination of the Human Resources Department.  Non-Profit experience a plus.

Job Requirements:

Extensive knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, conflict resolution, safety, employee engagement, and employee development. The position includes oversight of candidates taking computer based tests that provide license and certification exams for state and federal agencies, as well as assessments for public and private companies.

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Five plus years of Human Resource experience with at least two years at the Manager level.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Independent judgment
• Problem solving skills
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft systems
