Quality Control Manager
Custom Metal Fabrication Shop is seeking a Working Quality Control Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage Quality Control and correction action process. Document and communicate the issues and actions necessary to drive improvements
•Manage the ISO quality system and discipline
• Lead Lean Events and Processes as it relates to Quality Control
• Be hands on with team inspecting and ensuring processes and product meet Quality standards
Required Skills and Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in QC (Metal Fabrication QC experience is preferred)
• 5 years min in ISO Manufacturing environment
• 5 plus years in ISO Manufacturing experience, preferably in a metal fabrication environment
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or business would be a positive
Must have clear Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check
Salary: starting range of $40,000, depends on experience
Shift: 7:00-4:30
Term: Fulltime to Hire
