We are currently seeking for an experienced highly motivated, organized and enthusiastic team player for our 300 rooms and 40K+ square feet of meeting, pre-convention and event space. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of banquet management experience in a  large convention hotel. Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays. 

The banquet manager oversees all aspects of a banquet or event, including set-up, menu selection, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service.  The banquet manager is also responsible for all aspects of supervision of banquet staff including: hiring, training, coaching, disciplining and interviewing banquet staff.
