PROJECT MANAGER

Custom Metal Fabrication Shop is seeking a Project Manager to manage projects from initiation to completion.

Project Manager/Designer/Cad Operator:

Responsibilities

•Managing of projects from initiation to completion. This includes:

  • Customer contact

  • Order Processing.

  • Project Scheduling.

  • Manage and organize all related documents to project: specifications, drawings and project bill of materials.

   • Development of necessary drawings for customer review and shop fabrication

   • Requisition purchased materials.

   • Create and oversee work orders submitted to shop for various shop functions.

   • Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle.

   • Track and report on project milestones and support status reports to management.

   • Creation of accurate invoicing of project.

   • Ensure all documents and drawings are archived correctly following project completion.

Job Requirements

• Associates degree or higher.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

• One (1) year experience managing or supporting projects.

• Preference given to a candidate with knowledge of AutoCAD, steel and sheet metal fabrication, welding processes and experience in project management.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30

Salary: $32K-$42K annually

Term: Fulltime to Hire
