Position Summary:

The Executive Consultant is responsible for contacting prospective clients regarding the marketing and advertising of their timeshare property. In this role, the Executive Consultant educates the client on the services offered based off of their ownership and handles all selling aspects within the sales cycles. The main goal of the Executive Consultant is to convert leads from various sources and generate revenue amongst the department.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Make initial sales presentations and follow-up phone calls to prospective clients
  • Solution selling and education of customers on services offered
  • Exceed Quality Assurance expectations
  • Maintain lead tracking database
  • Correspond with customers throughout sales cycle
  • Generate and send sales contracts to customers
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas/goals
  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Any additional duties that may be assigned to meet business needs
  • Eight weeks of paid training

 

Key Skills/Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated, self-starter, positive attitude
  • Strong internet and computer software skills
  • Must exhibit professionalism, integrity, and competency befitting of a leader
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and specified holidays
  • Recognizable customer service skills
  • Proper note taking abilities
  • Ability to effectively manage time while at work
