Exploria Resorts is seeking an In-House Telesales Representative.

The Sales Executives are responsible for maintaining great customer service and selling the Exploria Resort experience to our guests.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Update and provide various sales options to Club Exploria Resort members
• Build rapport and trust in both yourself and the company over the phone
• Discover and uncover the needs and interests of our owners
• Execute a structured sales presentation
• Overcome objections Articulate the features and benefits of our services over the phone

Qualifications and Skills

• Polished and professional appearance
• Must have a valid Florida Real Estate License Ability to handle unique and challenging situations
• Convey information and ideas clearly, both oral and written.
• Work well in fast paced, high-pressure situations.
• Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
• Effective listening skills; understand and clarify concerns and issues raised by r owners
