Employer Brand Ambassador

We are currently looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.  This individual will provide talent acquisition for our fast growing 600+ team at the Nautique Boat Company.  A dedicated individual that works with the HR department to achieve the company’s strategic goals while fostering a culture dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in talent acquisition.  Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit, Recruit, Recruit.
  • Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.
  • Write job listings and create employer marketing materials to attract the most qualified applicants.
  • Manages implementation of an applicant tracking system.
  • Research and serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
  • Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with managers to discuss departmental needs and studying organization strategic plans and objectives.
  • Review employment applications and prescreen applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills to match candidates with job requirements.
  • Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate, and coordinating interviews with managers.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Assists as needed with pre-employment processing such as applicant testing, background checks, etc.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Results Driven.
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience required. Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing demands and priorities.
  • Having the ability to excite and motivate others is a big plus.
  • PHR or SHRM certification a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.
  • Experience with HRIS/Payroll system.
