Job Summary: 

Coordinates and conducts administrative support for the execution of assigned program, including development, submission, and posting of CDRLs, filing of contract documentation, maintenance of conformed contract, maintaining common collaboration electronic workspaces, tracking subcontractor costs, coding charge numbers for subcontract invoices, providing MS Project and Basis of Estimate support for Engineering Change Proposals, initiating travel and material requests and Contractor Manpower Reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. With fundamental knowledge of contractual requirements, coordinate the development, submission and tracking of CDRLs.
  2. Initiate and track material requests for approval.
  3. Maintain postings to and control of online collaboration workspaces.
  4. Using MS Excel and Project, track cost and schedule compliance.
  5. Assign appropriate charge codes to received subcontractor invoices.
  6. Assist Program Management and Engineering Staff in developing project schedules and BOEs using MS Project and Excel.
  7. Prepare and submit the annual Contractor Manpower Reporting updates.
  8. Track both travel and material expenditures against CLIN funded amounts.
  9. Support pricing of material and services for ECPs.
  10. Assist in development and tracking of program metrics.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain Technical Performance Measurements.
  2. Support Business Development in vendor and opportunity research as requested.
  3. All other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

B.A. or B.S. plus 1-3 years relevant experience in financial management, contracts administration, or business operations. Ability to research and understand contractual requirements, draft cogent written responses to Government communications, maintain professional oral and written communication with customer and subcontractors. Must be able to work independently and with limited supervision. Must be U.S. citizen and possess or able to obtain personnel security clearance.

Computer Skills:

Intermediate Level: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office products including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software and Project, use the Internet, and use database software at intermediate level of proficiency to create and maintain more complex documents and data entries. May also work with databases to enter data for reporting through standard or ad hoc reports within finance and program management systems . Must be able to audit, maintain, and create reports through intuitive report writing tools.
