Provide information and generate sales of group and individual tickets and vacation packages through telephone, email, and in-person contact.  Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.  Sell Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex products and describe available features and attractions.  Enter ticket reservations into central reservation ticketing system. Communicate with other departments to calendar special programs/events as needed.  Refer business partners/clients to the appropriate Sales Managers for negotiation and contracting. Create and complete reports to include call center KPI data and revenue and sales stats. Use proper grammar, communication, & tools to effectively and efficiently to handle customer inquiries and/or service issues. Update job knowledge by participating in training and other educational opportunities. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative sales goals and targets.  Produce and/or complete Call Center and other reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Three to five years of experience preferred in a professional call center or communications field
  • Three to five years of experience preferred in managing inventory and creating & analyzing reports
  • Strong ability to multitask.
