The ideal candidate for this position will be preparing, seasoning, and cooking breakfast foods (eggs, omelets, breakfast potatoes, etc.). They must be able to follow sanitation guidelines and provide a workplace free of hazards. They will be responsible for proper food rotation, checking food temperatures, and maintaining a proper and efficient line of communication between front and back of house employees.
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays. Experience of 2 years is required.
