SUMMARY
Performs a wide variety of complex process and order coordination, technical research and recommendation and helps obtain regular field feedback on training and equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the liaison between the training team, product fulfillment team, Field Strategies Team, Partnerships, Store, Jesus Film Mission Trips, other JFP departments, and outside manufacturers/vendors.
- Update travel schedules for all departments to determine when staff can take equipment on trips.
- Coordinate shipping/delivery of equipment.
- Coordinate communication to troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Maintain equipment pricing, forecast equipment needs, and assemble equipment as needed.
- Maintain and update the curriculum for overseas training.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Current electronic technologies (i.e.. Computers, Smartphone, Tablets--especially Android-based devices-- and A/V technology)
- Organizational and management structure and systems (i.e, Basecamp or other similar project management tools) or the ability to learn and proficiently use such systems.
- How to work with vendors and manufacturers to obtain estimates and proposals for technical equipment
- Administrative tools and systems and best practices
- Technical and educational document writing and formatting (or the ability to learn this skill)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
A bachelor’s degree, especially of a technical/BS specification and 1 years’ experience in related fields.
