Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in customer service, great communication skills, and strong attention to details.
include: Establish and maintaining customer relationships.
Data entry.
Maintaining and filing paperwork.
Excellent customer Service.
Answering heavy incoming phone calls, Receiving and posting payments.
Account management.
Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
).
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Friendly, personable and wants to assist.
Professional demeanor and good communicator.
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills while multitasking.
Bilingual is a PLUS!!!.
