RN MDS Manager - Health Central Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - Winter Garden FL

Health Central Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a part of the Orlando Health, is seeking a MDS Manager.  The MDS Manager is responsible for leading the work for the MDS function: the coordination of the timely and accurate completion of the MDS process from admission to discharge in compliance with federal and state regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Licensure/Certification
• Maintains current Florida RN license renewed every two years.
• Maintains current BLS certification.
• Current AANAC (RAC-CT) certification or willing to obtain

Experience

Three (3) years of MDS experience in a sub-acute and long-term care facility and one (1) year in a supervisory position.
