Custom Sheet Metal Shop is seeking a Press Brake and Shear Operator.
Duties will require working from blueprints to bend and cut various sizes and types of metals, including full sheets of sheet metal, to size specifications.
Ideal individual will have planning and organizational skills
Must:
Have ability to read blueprints
Have bend deduction experience;
- Be familiar with breaking/forming sheet metal
- Be comfortable with Tolerances
Have tooling experience;
- Grinding
- Deburring
- Iron worker- punch holes
- Punches and dies for brake machines
Will:
Be utilizing a forklift to retrieve and load materials
Need to be familiar with inventory and alert supervisor when product is running low
Requires:
Minimum 2 years press brake experience
Steel toed shoes/boots
Protractor
Adjustable square
Micrometers, calipers
Salary: $17.00-$20.00
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (Overtime: occasional mandatory Saturdays, when needed)
Term: Fulltime to Hire
