Work you ll doAs a Solution Associate in the Technology Consulting practice, you ll assist our consulting teams in the application, custom development, and management of technology to help enhance clients business performance.

You ll also assist in the design, installation, testing and maintenance of application software, and leverage information technology to solve business problems through decision support, analytics, and data warehousing systems.

Based on your project requirements, you may be responsible for coding entirely new custom software applications, or you may use off the shelf software, requiring you to modify and integrate it into an existing system to meet business needs.

As a Solution Associate, your tasks may include:- Developing templates, scripts or programming in a cloud environment- Producing detailed specifications and developing program code- Functional testing of systems in a controlled environment- Helping maintain clients applications and technology infrastructure- Key skills include: analyzing information, eliciting software requirements, general programming, software design, debugging, documentation, testing, problem solving, and teamwork.

We work with clients and help them develop custom software solutions, manage their applications and databases, and provide strategic recommendations to help them enhance their businesses operations, processes, and performance.

When you start, we ll give you up to two weeks of orientation, professional training and the relevant technology education to launch your consulting career.
