Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering from an accredited college or university .

Minimum of three (3) years of experience with contract administration involving contract specifications, negotiating, and monitoring compliance of existing contractsExperience in an electric/water utility environment preferred Working knowledge of all, but not limited to, the following:Contracts, amendments, solicitation documents, addendum's, requisitions, agenda items, project schedules;Business contracts and procurement for electric and water utility systems;Software Applications to include: JD-Edwards (for requisitions and supplier financial records) or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint or similar applications;Related industry, organizational and departmental policies, practices, and procedures; legal guidelines, ordinances, and public procurement laws; Familiarity with all, but not limited to, the following: Software Applications to include: Customer Information Systems (i.

e.

Customer Care & Billing), Tungsten Workflow (AP/invoice processing network), Documentum (enterprise content management system) or similar applications; Ability to: Think creatively in solving problems and makin effective decisions; Calculate contract escalator ratios given industry recognized market indexes; Make arithmetic computations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals, rates, ratios, and percentages; Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

) Analytical and organizational abilities; Excellent writing skills (contract terms and language); Conflict resolution and negotiation skills; Job Purpose: Responsible for the development and support of Electric and Water Delivery (EWD) contracts by defining requirements, participate in developing new contracts, monitoring compliance with existing contracts, and performing financial analyses and budget forecasting related to Electric and Water Delivery contracts.

Primary Functions: Manage Electric and Water Delivery portfolio of operational third party contracts.

Track key milestones for delivery and dates for expiration and provide a sourcing strategy and planning for continuation or a new solicitation; Resolve non-compliance issues by investigating and addressing contract-related discrepancies, complaints, and disputes; Prepare and present reports by gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data with regards to financial performance of contracts and quality of work performed by suppliers; Develop performance measures in conjunction with the Subject Matter Experts (SME) to measure and assess the overall performance of EWD contractors; Support negotiations of contract terms, conditions, and pricing; Work with the Strategic Sourcing and Legal departments to prepare contract amendments, revisions, and mitigate client liability; Maintain file for contracts containing original contract and all associated correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, and payment schedules; - provided by Dice Contract Administrator @ Orlando Florida.
