Manager of Cashiering Services

Seminole State College of Florida is accepting applications for a Manager of Cashiering Services from candidates with previous management experience working with cashiering functions. This position manages the cashiering functions of the Office of Finance & Budget by providing oversight of the administrative and clerical support services required for proper collection and control of revenues. Provides administrative support and training for the student financial and cashiering systems. Identifies system problems requiring direct coordination and interaction with Computer Technical support staff for resolution under the supervision of the Associate Director, Student Accounting. Actual work hours may vary based on student service and business needs of the College. This position requires occasional travel to all Seminole State College campuses and possible travel to conferences or other professional development events.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
2. Minimum of three (3) years of professional level work experience, including cash handling and customer service experience.
3. Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Progressively responsible professional experience in a college, university or government fund accounting environment.
2. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Student Financials module.
