Inside Sales Professional (B2B) - Work from Home (Orlando area)

Intersection Technology Solutions, an Orlando, FL based Managed IT Service Provider is seeking an ambitious, results-driven, self-starter to join our team as an Inside Sales Professional.

As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for calling prospective business leads in Central Florida. You will share our value proposition and set business meetings in partnership with members of our outside sales team. This position will maintain our prospect database as well as sustain working relationships with the prospective leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and can identify and reach out to key decision makers in businesses.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Obtain new business through warm and cold calls to generate new qualified leads
  • Actively and consistently make 75-100 dials per day
  • Actively and consistently hold 50-60 conversations with business decision makers per week
  • Schedule approximately 3-7 appointments per week
  • Establish positive long-term client relations
  • Maintain partnership with outside sales team
  • Actively participate in sales meetings
  • Participate in sales training and sales support group
  • Ensure all documentation is properly maintained and updated in a timely manner
  • Actively manage leads through the Inside Sales Process

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to think and respond quickly under pressure
  • Strong organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and internet functions
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred but not required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical Inside Sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals consistently
  • Business to Business Inside Sales or Telemarketing experience

Requirements

  • 40 hours/week, M-F between 8am-6pm EDT
  • Quiet, private workspace
  • Reliable/fast Internet connection
  • Desktop or laptop, multiple monitors a plus
  • iOS/Android based smartphone that supports virtual phone application

Benefits

  • Base Salary, plus generous commissions based upon qualified appointments attended by Outside Sales and percentage of 1st months commission on closed revenue.
