The qualified individual we seek will provide technical leadership in a 24x7 highly-available production environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, articulate, and must be an expert with Microsoft operating systems and related software technologies. In addition, they must have a proven history of using server administrative tools and must be experienced in automating routine administrative tasks. This position reports to the Infrastructure Manager within the Information Systems and Technology Division.
We seek a technical team member that has a strong ability to work independently, takes ownership, finds resolutions and demonstrates accountability and flexibility. Must have the ability to communicate complex technical problems concisely and professionally to technical and non-technical audiences. Must also have the ability to work on many simultaneous tasks in a high-pressure environment.
A Bachelor’s degree is required plus a minimum of 8 years in Information Technology and 5+ years managing enterprise infrastructure. An advanced level of SAN Management experience is also required.
