Printing and Distribution Company in Sanford, Florida is seeking a stable, motivated individual who has experience running a Harris V-15, Harris Driving V-22 & Web Press Corp 4 high.
Duties will include running a Harris V-15, Harris Driving V-22 & Web Press Corp 4 high, frequent lifting up 75 pounds, running a fork lift and clamp truck, move rolls of paper stock from 400 to 1000 pounds (rolling paper on their diameter).
When needed, will help setting up the press for a run by verifying job specifications, checking job jackets for special Instructions, checking ink levels, coating and refilling if necessary. Will also work on Counterveyor system, prepping the machine for the next job and stacking the product.
Position requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail and time management skills.
Will have the opportunity to be trained in other areas such as bindery, electrical, mechanics and welding. Sheet Fed Printing and Pre Press Operations.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check
Salary: $15-$18 an hour
Shift: 8:00- 5:00 (opportunity for overtime)
