Senior Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst

Seminole State College of Florida is accepting applications for a Senior HRIS Analyst from candidates with experience supporting Oracle HCM or comparable HRIS modules. This position serves as the functional and technical subject matter expert for the enterprise human resources information system (HRIS). Works closely with end users and developers to configure, implement, test and support Oracle HRIS. Researches, tests and implements necessary changes and provides integration support to Campus Solutions, Financials, and Payroll. Ensures accurate and quality services are delivered in all areas of Human Resources (e.g., Recruiting, Benefits, and HR Records).

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field from an accredited institution.
2. Two years of experience supporting Oracle HCM or comparable HRIS modules.
3. Two years of experience working with Human Resources data/metrics.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Four or more years of experience supporting Oracle HCM or comparable HRIS modules.
2. Previous experience working with PeopleSoft table structures, functionality in a Human Resources environment.
3. Experience working in post-secondary environment. 
4. Experience working with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, and rules pertaining to human resources management.
