We are looking for a ministry-minded individual to join our Leadership Development and Human Resource team. If you’re passionate about developing people, enjoy caring for a growing team of IT professionals, and want to have fun while doing it, we would like to meet you!
Essential Duties:
- Take responsibility for a team to provide staff care, human resource leadership, ensure development is taking place, and respond to staff/team inquires and needs.
- Help with the full life-cycle of a team: interviewing, onboarding, training, recognition, and exit interviews.
- Helps develop and grow departmental culture through the lens of the Gospel.
- Coach leaders in giving and receiving feedback. Ensure that employees are getting feedback.
- Oversee the building of community by helping with team building and social events.

- Must be a learner

- Able to valuate character, performance, and human relation issues
- Be adaptable to a face-paced changing environment
- Able to analyze and solve problems
- Communicate well both verbally and in writing

Education and/or Experience
A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. Ministry experience preferred.
