Administrative Assistant / Secretary (all experience levels)
RATE OF PAY: $12 - $13.95 per hour(depending on the contract)
HOURS: 8:00am - 5:00pm ; Mon-Fri
LOCATION: Central Florida area to include Kissimmee, Downtown Orlando, and Sanford
LENGTH: Long-term temporary / Temp to Perm / Contract
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Able to handle and utilize a multi-Line Phone System
- Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Create and/or modify documents utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
- Sign for and distribute packages and mail
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
- Support staff in assigned project based work
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work with sensitive information by maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent PC skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required in English
- Knowledge of telephone protocol and able to handle multiple line phone systems
- Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to type at least 45wpm corrected
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Bi-Lingual preferred but not required
