Administrative Coordinator, Human Resources

Seminole State College of Florida is accepting applications for an Administrative Coordinator of Human Resources from candidates with strong administrative or coordinating experience working in a professional setting. This position facilitates and supports the work of the Associate Vice President (AVP) for the Office of Human Resources providing technical and administrative support related to the management of the department. Assignments may include compiling and analyzing data, coordinating multiple concurrent activities, and interacting with faculty and staff at all levels of the college. Exercises considerable initiative, independence, discretion and confidentiality in support of the AVP.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Associate's degree in Communications, Administrative Support, Human Resources or related field from an accredited institution.
2. A minimum of three years of administrative and/or coordinator experience in a professional environment.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administrative Support Services, Communications or related field.
2. Experience using HR software and HRIS databases.
