Full Time, Mon – Friday position (8am–5pm)

The position is not accessible via Public Transportation

Salary range between $40,000 and $44,000 yearly

This is a Temp-To-Perm position, the client may extend an offer letter based on performance

CRS is responsible for reviewing contracts and capturing relevant terms and contract components into the database. The contract review process involves following a prescribed method of reading contracts to ensure accuracy. Contracts are typically multiple page documents with complex language that frequently includes master agreements and multiple exhibits and schedules. Reviewing and making sense of contracts is similar to solving a puzzle. The need for attention to detail, persistence and strong problem-solving skills cannot be understated. The CRS must also learn the various contract services typically provided by vendors, and know how to assign these services to the contracts.

• Understanding the purpose of contract review and how alerts work
• Technical knowledge (Microsoft Office, CADi, ability to learn software programs); expert level in manipulating documents within Adobe
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal)
• Problem-solving skills – natural curiosity for solving problems

Experience/requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in reviewing simple to complex contracts for completeness, preferred.
• Background reviewing and understanding complex documents, such as reading and interpreting regulations, a plus
