Service Technician

Location: Orlando, FL

Rate of Pay: $17-22 Per Hour Depending on Experience

Hours: 7 am- 3:30 pm or 8 am- 5 pm

Length: Temp to Permanent

Manage every area of repairs on LCD medical grade screens, wireless devices, and informative devices. Along with the repairs, the Technician must evaluate every repair by conducting necessary testings and cleaning of devices. Gather precise details of the repair work performed, also using appropriate configurations, and packing the devices as required.

• In a timely fashion resolve any technical issues, packing, shipping and keep a record of all RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)
• The workspace must remain organized and make sure the equipment is correct based on the service schedule
• Detail oriented, time management and resourceful

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of Electro-Mechanical assembly experience required
• Knowledge of high-resolution LCD, and graphics/video
• Experience with medical devices
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Required to have a High School Diploma; Associate's Degree preferred
• Be able to gather and comprehend quality related documents into the company’s system
• Ability to lift items under  66 lbs
• Troubleshooting skills within the sub-assembly level
• Strong Communication skills both verbal and written
