Lead Computer Support Specialist

Seminole State College of Florida is accepting applications for a Lead Computer Support Specialist from candidates with a passion for computer support. This position installs, supports and troubleshoots problems for all campus office computer workstations, associated peripherals, associated software and computer labs. Serves as the lead technical resource for Computer Support Specialists.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a computer-related field.
2. One year of experience installing and supporting a variety of hardware and software applications in a heterogeneous networking environment.
3. Experience using Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Master's degree from an accredited institution.
2. Experience with deployment software such as KACE or SCCM (Systems Center Configuration Manager).
3. Experience working in a college setting serving faculty, students and staff.
