Senior HRIS Analyst

We currently have a great opportunity to join our team of talented and diverse Faculty and Staff as a Senior HRIS Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting Oracle HCM or comparable HRIS modules and will serve as the functional and technical subject matter expert for the enterprise human resources information system (HRIS). This position works closely with end users and developers to configure, implement, test and support Oracle HRIS. Researches, tests and implements necessary changes and provides integration support to Campus Solutions, Financials, and Payroll. Ensures accurate and quality services are delivered in all areas of Human Resources (e.g., Recruiting, Benefits, and HR Records).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field from an accredited institution.

2. Two years of experience supporting Oracle HCM or comparable HRIS modules.

3. Two years of experience working with Human Resources data/metrics.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Four or more years of experience supporting Oracle HCM or comparable HRIS modules.

2. Previous experience working with PeopleSoft table structures, functionality in a Human Resources environment.

3. Experience working in post-secondary environment. 

4. Experience working with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, and rules pertaining to human resources management.

Beginning annual salary is $52,431 and may be commensurate with education and experience exceeding the minimum qualifications plus excellent benefits.
