The Annuity and Life Insurance Client Services Manager will be responsible for working directly with clients, advisors, their staff and internal departments to enhance the policy settlement process.

Be proactive in reviewing applications for sophisticated clients in preparation for data entry.

As the face of the company you will be responsible for identifying any obstacles that may arise, seek and communicate solutions to create the best possible outcome for the customer.

You must be comfortable speaking about new products and services offered, educate clients as well as advisors on the latest industry developments to create new business opportunities and enhance the firm’s relationships.

5 plus years working in the life insurance and/or annuities settlement segment and a degree is preferred.

Office skills should include: familiarity with Mac-Apple computers, Outlook, Salesforce and moving through tasks efficiently.
