IT Technician - Entry Level (Flexible Shift) - Caribe Royale

The ideal candidate will ensure servers and workstations are kept up to date with Windows critical updates, virus and malware definitions, ensure systems are kept PCI compliant, respond to all vulnerabilities found with internal scan software in a timely manner and work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Information Systems to ensure that all systems are running smoothly. They will also respond to guest and employee requests for technical support, while maintaining user accounts and network security at all times. The ideal candidate must have the ability to stay calm in stressful situations. They will be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize numerous tasks, and also must have excellent communication skills.
Must be flexible to work holidays and weekends. Experience with Visual Basic and SQL is preferred. At least 2-3 years experience is preferred. Only candidates that meet the above qualifications will be considered.
