SUMMARY
Assist in ensuring successful NetSuite (global financial software) implementation and use around the world. Customer support and coaching. Help the business sponsor represent international financial management requirements to NetSuite deployment project (i.e. help ensure NetSuite developers are developing NetSuite in line with our business processes).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design reports in NetSuite and Adaptive Insights (global financial software).
- Test new features or fixes in the financial software to ensure that the features meet the CCC requirements and function as intended.
- Assist in implementation set-up (including tax codes, set up entity specific accounts, data import validation, fiscal periods, multibook features etc.) through a 6-month preparation period and 2-month go-live period, for each of the 7 “waves” of a total of 150+ entities around the world.
- Communicate with entities on their data and their use of NetSuite and Adaptive Insights
- Give user support to ensure smooth implementation and functioning by all entities and their users.
- Demonstrate and model personal spiritual discipline and assist in development of an environment on the team where individual team members grow in their own Christian walks.
KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Computer skills, in particular spreadsheets (Excel, google, .csv)
- Some experience in data visualization
- Experience in finance report writing preferred
- Ministry organization, operations, policies and objectives
- Prior knowledge of NetSuite or Adaptive Insights is not required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree plus 2 years of office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
