Experienced Construction Project Manager needed immediately to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects (from the footer to the roof top) from start to finish.
The ideal candidate would fulfill the following desired requirements:
• Must have a thorough understanding of Florida Building Code and be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures.
• Must be able to coordinate a team of professional trade contractors of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
• Great organizational skills and an analytical mind are important character traits for this job.
• Great communication skills and ability to maintain a weekly job status report are critical components of this job.
• Must be able to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to specifications and within the prescribed budget.
