Candidate will be responsible for helping manage hotels banquets and catering departments within Culinary. Must be able to assist with recipes, ordering, and helping organize all events. Experience with Adaco and managing multiple cooks at one time is required. Must be flexible to complete any additional tasks assigned by management while maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
Must have a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience with management in a hotel/convention culinary department of at least 5 years is required. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Only candidates that meet the above qualifications will be considered.
