SUMMARY
Assemble systems furniture maintaining a safe condition and in compliance with applicable codes. Receive and process systems furniture work orders and maintains inventory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive and process work orders requesting system furniture reconfigurations. Coordinate work order request with staff. Communicate with leadership cost details and timing of work order requests. Unload and load systems furniture parts and accessories. Install, maintain, and repair fixtures such as frames, panels, cabinets, and accessories with the systems furniture reconfigurations. Operate a variety of tools and power equipment including cordless drill, saw, other power and hand maintenance tools and equipment. Maintain the inventory of systems furniture parts and accessories Run errands to pick up a variety of systems parts and other miscellaneous supplies as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
-Assembling system furniture.
-Operate a variety of equipment including hand and power tools.
-Standard tools, equipment, materials, methods and techniques used in construction and building maintenance trades.
-Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
-Complete work with many interruptions.
-Maintain records related to work performed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma plus one to three years of experience with maintenance responsibilities.

Valid Florida Driver’s License
