We are currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support our home office in Orlando, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Tracks assigned HR projects from planning to implementation through MS Project or appropriate system; collaborates on other HR special projects such as HR audits/compliance, benchmarking, etc.; create and maintain in-depth spreadsheets and reports;
  • Maintain new and active independent consultant agreements and files; negotiates / set rates for new consultants with operations and HR approval and as requested by operations; run detailed background check every two years in accordance with JDR/Triad policy;
  • Create and maintain regular HR reports, including but not limited to: turnaround time, incentive compensation, attrition reports and serves as back up for employee demographics/background data, etc.;
  • Maintain currency of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions; Supports maintaining all pertinent data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS); as well as assisting in retention of all files in accordance with government record keeping guidelines;
  • Assist HR recruiter in maintaining open positions tracking log for all recruitment activity; Assist in performing detailed reference checks and/or reference analysis on selected candidates; Assist in administering solid record keeping and applicant tracking of required information for internal requirements and government reporting purposes including, but not limited to, EEO-l, AAP, and Vets100;
  • Assist with the design and support of onboarding program, including revamping new hire orientation, new compensation process and AAP documentation maintenance;
  • Coordinate, in conjunction with operations leadership, to identify and register Authorized User training for applicable pharmacists.
  • Serves as back up in maintaining active and terminated team member information updated;
  • Organize and maintain HR Y drive file system (computer storage);
  • Provide support with performance management program, and outplacement activities as needed;
  • Assist with company-wide online training implementation in conjunction with Training & Communications Manager; Provide support for management training as needed; Assists in development and maintenance of training records systems;
  • Assist recruitment support within human resources policies and procedures; position descriptions’ maintenance; candidate travel coordination; new hire packet preparation, distribution and tracking; background check tracking and recruitment file completion; and back up for photo ID ordering and tracking;
  • Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements; Notify management of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies to efficiently perform the job;
  • Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned;

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or business related field required; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification preferred;
  • Must be able to pass a background check, including a 7-year criminal check and drug test;
  • At least four years related human resources experience required;
  • Ability to maintain confidential nature of human resources work;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
  • Strong organizational skills along with effective time management skills;
  • Strong detail orientation and multi-task skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Customer focused; team oriented
