Alegeus seeks a highly motivated Recruiter to join their dedicated, passionate team of professionals. The Recruiter will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring the best and brightest talent with a goal of fulfilling the company’s substantial hiring needs. The desired candidate should be ambitious, driven and eager to dive into the HR space. We are looking for a quick learner who is able to understand hiring managers’ talent needs, adapt their recruiting approach accordingly, spot great talent, articulate Alegeus’ value proposition, and serve as a liaison between the candidate and company through onboarding.

WHAT YOU HAVE:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Hustle, energy and drive – which is more important to us than previous recruiting experience! Ability to wear many hats and thrive in scenarios where you are given large tasks and lots of independence Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both with colleagues and candidates High attention to detail Ability to prioritize and complete projects in a timely manner Ability to keep a positive attitude under stressful and shifting circumstances
WHAT YOU WOULD DO:
- Work with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements Identify prospects through strong research by using sourcing platforms and by targeted networking Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters Work with Hiring Manager to schedule telephone and in-person interviews Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via telephone and email Manage candidate flow through our state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking System Update job postings on the Alegeus website Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
