Sales Representative Job Requirements:

• Strong desire to grow your sales career and learn our process
• Weekends are mandatory for Sales Reps
• A valid FL Real Estate License for In-House Sales Reps (will consider unlicensed if experienced)
• Dedicated work ethic
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Excellent persuasion, closing and listening skills

Vacation Ownership Sales experience is a plus but not required to join our sales team, we will train the right people how to succeed!
