Who we’re looking for:

Do you love working with Digital Marketing Products?  Cru has been Blessed with one of the best enterprise web content management systems called Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).  We are looking for someone to help support and deploy this product across the globe working with our AEM Product Manager.  You will work at the intersection of our engineers, data scientists, marketers, and designers helping to make Jesus known to the ends of the earth.

About the Product Team:

You will be working on the product team which guides, shapes, and tests a suite of trusted digital tools and help deliver the best quality products which empower like-minded believers and engages the lost.  None of our team has ended up here by chance. All our staff have made clear choices to answer God’s call in their lives leaving successful positions in various industries to pull together and preach Christ through digital solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide oversight of our content platform to help ensure our 200+ authors are following best practices
  • Create and deliver formal and informal training and coaching for AEM ministry authors
  • Assist in rolling out new functionality and content migrations / onboarding
  • Create and track feature requests and bug reports in Jira, working closely with stakeholders, marketing and engineering
  • Help manage author permissions
  • Perform advanced authoring tasks such as configuring templates, setting up new sites, and running translation projects
  • Participate in Project team meetings
  • Work with ministry partners to align technology solutions with business strategies
  • Maintain documentation on AEM system functionality

Skills you need to have:

  • Proven experience with Adobe products specifically AEM or another CMS
  • Detail-oriented self-starter who can keep track and advance multiple activities at the same time – knowing when to push forward and when to ask for help
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback, while building strong relationships and positively influencing stakeholders and teams
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills Innovative thinking with a capacity to accurately and articulately document information

Requirements:

  • Deep love for Jesus Christ
  • Deep desire to share the Gospel with the world
  • Living in or willing to relocate to Orlando, Florida
  • 2-3 years college level coursework in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative positions of increasing responsibility including advanced level computer applications
