Summary:
This is a temporary three-month assignment (August - October) that could lead to full time status. This role provides information and administrative support to fulfill customer needs in the Financial Services Group.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Answer, respond to and direct a high volume of ministry and financial related telephone calls. Communicate via telephone, e-mail and in person with administrative personnel, donors, vendors, and other customers concerning various donation and ministry related inquiries. Produce computer-generated reports and financial statements regularly. Update and maintain computer database information (including PeopleSoft) and set-up report and data access structure. Knowledge of telephone techniques and etiquette, record keeping techniques and alpha-numeric filing systems, and PeopleSoft system. Have a strong walk with Christ and a willingness to grow.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma and at least three years of experience. Some college preferred. Applicant should exhibit a high attention to detail, be able to multi-task, be an excellent communicator.
