Donor Research Analyst

Summary

Represent Cru in the Donations Dept in the area of quality control using IRS and Cru guidelines.  Correct and explain using professional communications any errors or changes in donation finances in the event of errors or decided changes. 

Essential Functions:

Analyze, research and make corrections as needed regarding donation inquiries related to contributions given to staff and ministry accounts; providing timely direct answers to those inquiries through a variety of communications; by phone, email, web, and written correspondence; while maintaining the integrity of the ministry and confidentiality of each donor and staff member. Utilize robust Oracle Siebel system programs to receive, track and document all transactions.   Keep current on IRS regulations and Crusade regulations and policies.  Review processes and provide reporting feedback to processing areas.   

Education and Experience:

Associate’s degree (AA) from a two year college or technical school in business administration and one year previous experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Able perform alphanumeric keying at 7,500 keystrokes per hour with less than 5% error rate.
