Pay Level: Starting $14.53/hour, negotiable based on experience
SUMMARY:
To assist the Cru High School Global Missions team to build and launch spiritual movements that are reaching teenagers worldwide by providing administrative expertise and excellent customer service to those we are sending to the world.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Experience
● Take notes in meetings, distribute them to the team; request meeting rooms when necessary
● Maintain the Global Missions calendar and important dates: e.g. dates airline tickets must be purchased, significant school calendar breaks (3+ days, Spring, Summer) for all Cru High School movements
● Research travel arrangements for Global Missions Team as needed
● Evaluate current administrative processes, improve them as needed, and implement new processes for continued effectiveness when necessary
● Assist in updating manuals
● Maintain Global Missions information on Cru websites current
● Set up and maintain missions on online Cru Summer Mission Tool
● Mission Briefing preparation: update medical kits as necessary, prepare and send briefing boxes
Customer Service:
● Be the main contact for all CHS Global Missions inquiries
● Support each mission leadership team throughout the mission preparation and completion process.
Communication/Promotion Coordination:
● Update Cru High School Global Missions social media sites as needed
● Send Global Missions updates to Cru High School staff
● Read all mission debrief forms to identify inspiring stories, noteworthy quotes, issues to address, possible changes to future missions, and opportunities to explore
● Assist in developing, producing, and distributing any mission promotion media (printed, t-shirts, video, web, etc.)
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee volunteers and interns as needed
KNOWLEDGE OF:
● Good computer skills and proficiency with office software and Google tools
● Able to effectively use Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Mailchimp, etc.)
● Modern office equipment
● Correct English usage and grammar
ABILITY TO:
● Communicate effectively verbally and in writing

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate degree and at least 3 years of office experience.
