SUMMARY
As the first face and/or voice of Jesus Film Project you will service the Jesus Film Project ministry by answering a multi-line incoming general call system for the ministry and transferring to appropriate staff/departments in a successful and timely manner. In this position you will greet and direct staff as well as guests to the appropriate individuals and/or area and perform various administrative duties assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Use excellent phone etiquette and take appropriate action routing calls as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Answer the multi-line phone calls coming to the general JFP phone number during office hours.
• Greet and direct staff and guests to appropriate individuals and/or area.
• Perform various administrative duties such as updating documents, scheduling, filing, JF office mail distribution, ordering office supplies, and renting out displays.
• Prepare monthly sales reports such as shipping fees, credit card reports, and special requested sales reports.
• Maintain cleanliness of JF conference rooms as well as make sure they are efficiently stocked with appropriate office supplies.
• Process and manage all JF display items by recording all staff requests as well as maintaining all displays and display supplies.
• Schedule all department team events such as team meetings, devotionals, and special celebration meetings.
• Perform related duties or special projects as assigned
• Participate in the Christmas Calling Campaign by either completing required amount of calls or assisting with meal planning
• Train part-time staff moms how to cover the receptionist desk.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma with 2-3 years related experience. Bi-lingual in Spanish (a plus).
