Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a regional Yield Revenue Pricing Analyst to join our Global Digital team – part of the Merlin Digital family.  This role will be based at our Business Support office in Orlando, Florida.

Reporting into the Head of e-Commerce, the Yield Revenue Pricing Analyst will be responsible for working closely with local attraction Marketing Directors to support them to optimise their yield across all channels where required, with a particular focus on e-Commerce. 

The role will….

• Review and identify revenue opportunities, including hierarchy of sales, new product development opportunities, pricing, etc. to optimise revenue / yield for the attractions.
• Develop appropriate pricing cadence to ensure all products are priced correctly, in line with consumer demand / market requirements.
• Work closely with local teams and Web Managers to ensure all relevant products (including up sells / cross sells) are live on Accesso and part of the online customer journey, where relevant.
• Work with relevant teams, including finance and web analysts centrally, to ensure that we are tracking the correct KPIs to allow us to make informed decisions around price / yield and revenue.
• Manage the ongoing relationship on a regional basis with Accesso, specifically focusing on ‘merchandising’ including process/governance around product/ticket development and management hours both within and outside of the agreed contract.
• Product Process / Governance - Work closely with local attractions to ensure new ticket process is in place and governed appropriately.

We are looking for the following skills and experience…

You will need to be a subject matter expert on:

Dynamic pricing and demand-based pricing models;

Multi-channel pricing (online, in person, call center, etc.);

How pricing / yield impacts marketing funnels and conversions. They should also have experience with Google Analytics and financial reporting.

You will need to have:

  • Experience of revenue management for consumer brand;
  •  Expert in usage of all relevant price modelling / research / analysis;
  • Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management;
  • Excellent understanding and experience of MS Excel and the Google Suite (Analytics, Optimize);
  • Experience of financial reporting;
  • Confident problem-solver able to work under pressure, when required.

Recommended:

  • Experience with the Accesso platform;
  •  Leisure / entertainment experience.
