Main Role: Analyze and Control all products in due time according to Quality, Hygiene, Safety.              

EDUCATION & SKILLS TECHNICAL SKILLS
INDIVIDUAL QUALITY AND CAPACITY

• College Degree or equivalent experience.
• Control specific laboratory equipment, use raw material, content of working documents (projects) 
• Concise, organized, rigorous, methodical.
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Raw Materials and Packaging's Good listening skills
• Good computer Skills and ERP experience.  Ability to anticipate and organize.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 and 22000 standards

ACTIVITIES COMPETENCIES ALEXIUM      
1) Contributing to competitiveness          

• Perform physic-chemical and organoleptic analysis to confirm respects and compliances to Quality Standards.
• Able to use specific Lab equipment  
• Perform sampling of inbound shipments / production samples.
• Make sure there are no irregularities or issues with analysis results. Make necessary adjustments to production batches.
• Monitor shelf life of raw materials in production as per ISO procedures.  
• Stock/consultation/Analysis/complete data; validate or refuse batch
• Stock/BBD expired Able to manage work load according to Production schedule. Be very familiar with work documents.
• Purchases/follow reception PM/CQ : Monitor pending RM analysis
• Stock/view batchs to liberate: Monitor pending final products analysis 
• Complete and/or prepare necessary docs to release products. Create COA for Finished product and /or Raw material Lots.             
• Print packaging labels for Finished product packaging.   
• Apply labels to Raw material approved.  
• Manage and update all docs in ERP
• Follow-up of internal destocking and reworked Batch. Assignment of Batch numbers to corresponding orders
• Use printers using correct labels.
• Stock/consultation/Analysis/Customer/ enter customer's code, then click on "pdf" (doc available in internal docs): Create PDF document/customer           
• Sales/orders/consultation/body/labels.Remove the peel off part of a receipt label for the validated batches.Save suppliers documents in external docs. 
• Follow up order + Sales Order Modification Manage Customers Claims with corresponding department.
• Demonstrate perfect understanding of product and global flow of production. No-conformity/Follow up no conformity : Complete the non conformity file Manipulate and maintain QC Lab equipment Be familiar with QC Lab equipment and tools.               
• Know and Apply ISO procedures (Process, Instructions and Docs.)    
• Manage and track maintenance of Equipment tools. Know how to resolve equipment issues.
• Provide Training for new employee Good knowledge of the position   Help the R&D lab (sampling area): Prepare and send samples to the customer using Hygiene and Safety standards compliance Able to weigh a formula following a process. Prepare labels and packaging Products file/ Print formula.
• Briefs/Detail/Labels Help R&D department.  Prepare samples for customers in R&D Lab follow operative mode.  Use scale. Labeling and preparing packaging        

2) Contributing to the development of Quality, Safety and Hygiene           Control

• Take part in running and maintaining laboratory equipment in good standards.  ISO Procedures (Usage and maintenance of production tools sheet).
• Give responsibilities to each staff members.     
• Wear PPE (lab coat, gloves, safety shoes and glasses, hairnet) when indicated. To have a good knowledge of potential Risks in the company, know and apply ISO hygiene instructions.  
• Strictly follow Company Internal Rules and the Existing Working instructions Know the specific documents content and their display locations.  
• Always have the food and product safety in mind at work.    

Shift: 8am - 5pm
