We currently have immediate openings for sharp, enthusiastic collections or customer service professionals who can maintain strong relationships with our customers. Both full and part time openings available. If you have the energy and dedication this position requires, we want to speak with you about an opportunity as a Collector in our Orlando, Florida Loan Servicing Center.
Duties and responsibilities for this position include communicating payments, answering customer inquiries, setting up payment schedules, entering phone payments online, and assisting with miscellaneous duties. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess the following skill set:
- Collections or customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
