Mitsukoshi USA Inc., which has been operating the Japan Pavilion at Epcot since it opened in 1982, Mitsukoshi opened a Signature Restaurant, Takumi Tei in August 2019.

We are looking to hire for both our Main Restaurant and our Signature Restaurant. We are looking for the following positions.

Culinary Assistants:

Cook I 

Cook II 

Cook III (entry level)

These positions would be responsible for controlling portions and maximize the use of available food items in order to control costs. •Serves as coach and mentor to advise new hires on food preparation, hygiene, and oversee their work.•Informs management to report any wrong or improper actions; report any system malfunctions. Report any damaged or inoperable kitchen equipment.

Qualifications:

- 18 years of age

- High school graduation

- Recipe conversion

- Scratch cooking in an elevated service restaurant

- Pastry background

- Cold and hot kitchen

- Creativity

- Certification preferred by not required.
